First Visit: $130 (An in depth consultation where Mari Kubota LAc., will get to know you and go over your health history, and offer Lifestyle and Herbal Recommendations.)

Follow-Up: $80

Pediatric Care

First Visit: $180 (Shonishin, Energy Medicine, Chinese Herbs & Essential Oils, Dietary & Lifestyle Guidance)

Follow-Up: $150

Animal Care

First Visit: $150 (Energy Medicine, Chinese Herbs & Essential Oils, Dietary & Lifestyle Guidance)

Follow-Up: $120

Massage

To best serve my clients, I’m focusing my practice on acupuncture and complementary modalities where I can provide the most comprehensive care. I will be discontinuing massage therapy.

Payment Information

Payment due at time of service
Accepted Payment Methods Cash, Personal checks, and Venmo/PayPal/Zelle (preferred, no processing fee)
Credit, Debit, HSA & FSA cards accepted through Stripe. A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction applies.
Superbills provided on request.
Insurance: I don’t accept insurance directly but can provide detailed receipts for potential reimbursement. California residents: MediCal and Workers’ Compensation cover acupuncture.

Emergency cancellations may be considered for credit on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, Product Returns & Credits: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Custom herbal formulas are non-returnable once prepared. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. Request one at booking.

Membership Policy

Unused sessions: Credited for 30 days upon cancellation. No automatic monthly rollover — discretionary one-session rollover available for valid circumstances.

Tier changes: Take effect at next renewal date. Request at least 5 business days before renewal.

Pausing: Once per year, up to 60 days. Request 5 business days before renewal.

Cancellation: Before next renewal date after 3-month minimum. Early cancellation not available except for documented medical necessity.
